We specialize in Pediatric sedation dentistry, which involves the use of medication to help children relax during dental procedures. It is often used for children who have high level of anxiety or fear of going to the dental office, or for children who require complex dental procedures that may be difficult to complete without sedation

All pediatric dental patients are seen by Dr. Sonu Kakar, the founder of our practice. Dr. Kakar specializes in pediatric dentistry, general dentistry, and orthodontics. He has many years of experience providing dental services to children of all ages. He attended the University of Virginia and received his Dental Degree from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. Following dental school, Dr. Kakar completed a Pediatric Dental Training program at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. His training involved treating pediatric patients under Nitrous Sedation, Conscious Sedation, and General Anesthesia in the hospital operating room. In addition to Dr. Kakar, other dentists, 2 front desk staff, and 6 dental assistants provide support in this office.

Besides all pediatric services, including sedation dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, dental emergencies, dental cleaning, and Children’s orthodontics, we also offer orthodontic services for adults at our Falls Church location, including Invisalign and Braces. All of our offices offer emergency dental care even after hours to provide the necessary dental services to you and your family.
