Dr. Kakar specializes in pediatric dentistry and completed his extensive pediatric training program including IV and nitrous sedation at the esteemed Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. He has extensive experience with complicated pediatric cases and receives countless referrals from local family dentists in the Fredericksburg area. Dr. Kakar has a calm demeanor and a great sense of humor that he uses to help his patients relax and enjoy their visits.
